Free shipping option is available for U.S. orders over $60 and for Canada orders over $100. These orders will be shipped via Standard USPS or Fedex Ground service.

Most orders placed weekdays before 3 PM PST are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. With USPS First Class or Priority
shipping, most orders arrive in 3-7 business days. Express shipping is also available.

All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain packaging. The shipping label does not mention the word “lingerie”. So you can have your package shipped safely to your home or work address.

Please note: if your billing information doesn't match your credit or debit card bank records or your shipping address is different than billing address your order may be delayed or canceled. To have your order shipped same day please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.

Items are in stock while supplies last so you can get your item tomorrow with FEDEX Overnight. We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. After your order is shipped you will get an email with your tracking number and you can start tracking your package.

Standard shipping and free shipping orders are shipped without signature confirmation. This means that USPS may leave a package and it may be stolen. If you live in not safe neighborhood we suggest you choose Standard Shipping with Signature Confirmation. If your tracking number says that your package was delivered and you claim that you did not get it and it was shipped without signature confirmation we are not responsible for this and we will not be able to refund you the money.
