Love it. September 24, 2011 Reviewer: Victoria Austin from Spring Hill, KS United States   This garter was too adorable. Had a great look, and was much better i person than in the photo. I loved that it was adjustable as far the hips went, along with the length of the garter straps. The only negative was that the straps that attach to your thigh highs tend to rebel and not want to stay in their place... so you gotta give them a good tug and force them to cooperate.
