Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? We offer 100% free 365 day exchanges for USA only. Any item can be exchanged for any other item you like. The exchange items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags and underwear intact.
Please place a new order online, in order comments mention what item you will be sending back to us and we will include prepaid shipping label for you in this order. If you order is under $60 shipping cost will be refunded after we receive your item back. After receiving the package simply attach a prepaid label and leave it with your local USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local post office. When the package arrives at our facility we will issue a refund to the credit card used to make a transaction within 7-14 business days.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you do not like your purchase simply send it back for a refund.
Contact our customer service by email only at email@example.com and mention your order number, items you are returning (product codes) and reason for return. We usually respond within one business day and email you Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return address. Returns sent without RMA number will not be accepted. Please make your RMA number visible outside the package.
These items are NOT RETURNABLE:
-All panties, g-strings and thongs if sold separately.
-Stockings, pantyhose, socks, bodystockings, leggings.
-Teddies and rompers.
-Pasties, body appliques, accessories and jewellery.
Returns must be made within 21 days from order date for US customers and 35 days for international customers.
Items must be in original condition and packaging, with tags and underwear intact. We will not accept any items that smell of perfume, smoke, are stained or laundered. Please do not remove any tags and underwear if it is attached, such items will be considered as worn and we will not accept them.
Shoes must be unworn, with clean soles. They should be returned in its original box.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted if you return all items from your order that was shipped for free. If you are returning only several items we will not deduct it. If free panties are not returned we will implement $7.95 charge.
If you are missing merchandise, received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us right away. We will send a replacement and all your shipping costs will be refunded if the mistake was caused by us.
It can take around 10-15 days for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
Christmas Return Policy
Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 may be returned for exchange or refund.
Valentine's Day Return Policy
Items purchased between January 14 and February 14 may be returned for exchange or refund.
